RecommendedMy mother has been a resident at Aegis Living of Queen Anne at Rogers Park now since March 2018. Overall the experience has been very positive. From our (the kids) standpoint, we notice the friendliness of the staff and how responsive they are. But most importantly my mother reports that "everyone here is so nice and helpful", "the food is great", and most importantly, she "feels very safe". Feeling safe was a major issue for mom before she moved into Aegis, so that is a major relief for us for her to report that.

Front desk employee is beyond rude. If this is the interaction I get on the phone, why would I want my family to be a part of this community. SMH

I can't say enough about the quality of care my husband receives at Aegis. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and highly professional. I can rest assured that my husband is being taken care of all the time. I appreciate that in this very challenging and painful stage of our lives. The facility itself seems more like a home, with its furnishings and activities. I recommend Aegis highly.
