I want to thank Aegis Dental or making an uncomfortable visit for me a comfortable one, I had two teeth pulled . You guys did a great job I am very happy it's the day after and I have no pain so Thanks again.
I have been going for over a year for what has turned into extensive dental work and my major critique is the waiting room that has 3 large TV's turned on 24/7 to FOX news. At a time when going to a dentist or any medical appointment usually brings some anxiety....having to sit through FOX new banter, bullying, etc raises my anxiety level instead of having music, or something on the TV...even local news that creates a welcoming, calming atmosphere. We recently settled here from out of state. An emergency dental need arose and it was great to be able to walk in and be seen and treated. Jodie was our dental tech and Dr. Moore was the treating dentist. The office is beautiful and the staff personable and caring. We are happy to say we have found our Indiana dentist.
I contacted aegis dental at 10 a.m. I had an infected tooth they pulled it by 3 p.m. by the next morning the extraction site was fully clotted with almost no pain. The operation was fast and comfortable.
Julie who cleaned my teeth did a great job! The whole staff was nice and the wait was reasonable. This is my new dentist! And the coffee/tea/water offered was a nice touch
I was given the wrong anesthesia causing a very bad reaction for 2 1/2 hrs. I have perfect health but the anesthesia given cause sugar levels to drop way low and blood pressure to go waaaay high coulda had a heart attack or a stroke other that I dont know the deal was with give'n out the wrong anesthesia. I could easily drop the projected $7,000 for all the dental work needed the day of the visit..but for the suffering I had to deal with all the dental work need should be for free..really.
Was grateful to get a free consultation from Aegis today. They were professional and did not put any pressure on my to schedule any work they recommended. I think I have found a new dentist.
