I can't begin to describe what a pleasure it was to deal with Dr. Carranza and Megan. They actually took the time to listen to me and were empathetic and respectful of my wishes. Instead of trying to force a course of treatment on me that I didn't want or couldn't afford they worked on a plan that was right for me. I am extremely pleased and grateful for their friendliness and the kindness demonstrated by their actions.
I am terrified of the dentist due to a few bad experiences that were painful, rough and rude. What a relief and pleasant surprise!! Jodi was AMAZING!!!! She was so kind and helpful. She took the time to make me feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Brown was also GREAT!! He talked over with me all of my options and his recommendations. I left with a wonderful plan to get my smile back! I am so happy with the services provided by Dr. Moore and his staff. They are so kind and always explain what they are doing. Very skillful in all they do.
I am the sort of person who dreads going to the dentist- it actually keeps me awake at night when I have an appointment coming up. But as soon as I arrive I realize once again how silly I have been. The staff could not be nicer or more considerate of my comfort or my time. I am instantly at ease and I leave wondering what in the world I was worrying about!
Everyone is very nice and listens to your problem. Saved a tooth, unlike other Dentist that are just money hungry and wanting to do unecessary work. THANK YOU Aegis!!!
Needless to say, I was very nervous and fearful. My past 3 experiences with dentist have not gone well. Your staff and Dr. were extremely kind and patient. When I told them this was my 4th visit to a dentist, they acted like it was nothing at all, which made me feel comfortable. Had to walk in on a Saturday with a bad tooth infection. Waited quite awhile but was just happy to get in. The staff was very nice and explained things well. They extracted my tooth in minutes and explained my future options in detail. Was very satisfied and glad the pain is gone especially.Will now make this my home dentist in the future and thankful for their weekend hours.
just wanted to say thank you. I will recommend you to everyone I know who needs a dentist. The extraction went well,but I had pain from my dentures. You got me in the day we called and fixed them to my relief thank you again.
