I went in to have a tooth extracted. They were quick and got me in. After that they suggested other work I needed and agreed to. I have not completed it since I have limited availability and the one time I set an appointment up I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time and left due to another appointment I had in 20 minutes. I have not been contacted by anyone to reschedule work I needed but see on their sign that new clients can walk right in. While I have only made one visit to this office I found it to be a positive experience. Check in was simple and quick, wait time was less than 10 minutes(a real plus), caregivers were professional yet friendly, and not one question went unanswered. I really felt that the staff had my best interest at heart. They listened and heard all my concerns and offered options for treatment. Only downside is that early morning appointments are not offered. 7:00 a.m. is my preferred appointment time, with no lost work time!
I went in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't beat around the bush, and told me straight forward what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone afraid of the dentist, no matter how bad u think ur mouth looks, they will take time to help fix it and wnt beat around the bush on what needs done
I've had my share of visits to many dentists for 30+ years, and there simply is no comparison to the experience I've had with Dr. Moore and the rest of his team at Aegis. I was new to the area. I needed a reline, and a lower partial at an affordable cost. I have been going to Aegis for 3 years now and I have no complaints with their services. They really care for their patients and the new office location is amazing. I recommend others to join the Aegis Dental Group family.
I really appreciate my initial visit, seeing me without an appointment, and helping me with the excruciating pain, but since then not so much. I've been in the chair three times and spent $1800 to essentially have a tooth pulled. Now I have what appears to be a piece of the extracted tooth sticking out of my gum where the tooth used to be. I'm not really happy with the outcome and really expect to be reimbursed for a portion of my paid bill. Our initial interaction here was great! But our follow up was TERRIBLE! Despite the fact that we had an appointment...we waited 2 hours before someone encouraged us to reschedule. This was right before the holidays, and we felt like our 6 year-old daughter needed this problem attended to in a timely fashion! It was then that staff was rude and indifferent to our situation! I had a crown done recently and was very pleased with the service. Dr. Moore was not happy with the fit and sent it back to be made better. Very happy with his honesty and integrity. Just had a cleaning done and was impressed with the hygienist attention to detail. Will be going back to get another crown in a few weeks and am looking forward to having the finished product immediately due to a new, in office, process. Thank you Aegis.
