I was extremely nervous and embarrassed about my smile, so much that I was emotional. Every member of the staff I came in contact with treated me with compassion. I am impressed with the facilities and cannot wait to get my smile back.
I was very happy with my visit to AEGIS on May 1st. Because my teeth are so bad I need dentures, it has been difficult to find a dental office that would help me. At AEGIS in Goshen I was treated with kindness, respect and care. Staff worked out a payment plan with me because I don't have dental insurance. Everything to be done was explained in detail so that I could understand th process. I will recommend anyone who asks to " GO WITH AEGIS ". Many thanks to all of you at AEGIS.
I have had my dentures for only a year. They cracked all the way thru on a Thursday. Went in as a walk in on Saturday they had them fixed and also put in my permanent liner in as well that same day. The ladies that work there are all very helpful and sweet. Although I am not happy about year old dentures breaking. I am however happy with the service that I have been given.
They are very professional and very polite they try to help you with what ever problem you are experiencing.
I called for treatment of a badly broken molar that was causing significant pain due to infection. I was hoping for extraction to permanently eliminate the problem. Dr. Carranza evaluated the tooth and determined extraction was the best course of action. He made the extraction a quick and virtually painless process. Dr.Carranza's demeanor and professionalism are to be complemented. Also that of his assistant. I have suggested to my wife that we make Aegis our regular dentist even considering that we live in South Bend.
We always have great service when we go ! People are always nice .love it there .
