If you are a tenant, run (don’t walk) away from this management company. I should have known my experience would be fraught with unprofessionalism and immaturity when my first interaction with the owner, Anita, was her telling me I had an attitude problem (said after I was confused over an application issue). AED Management is in a totally different tier of property management here in Washington DC. Her and her team are extremely responsive, very efficient and incredibly knowledgable on the area and local laws. COVID was certainly a major test for most management companies and Anita's team excelled above and beyond, consistently. I would highly recommend them to any investor-owner looking for someone who is responsive, competent and extremely market savvy!
Another year working with Anita and she is still the best! she's responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and effective in dealing with tenants and clients alike. 5 out of 5 stars!
