I have been seeing Dr Cin for several years and loved him.. I work 2 jobs and very busy trying to make ends meet, because of my work schedule I had to cancel my appts and reschedule several times and they cancelled an appt on me once. However, due to the fact that I cancelled without them knowing my situation they told me I could no longer make appts. Well at least I cancelled in advance and just didn't show. My son actually had fun at his eye appt today :) this place is great with kids. So grateful for the staff there, they're always so nice :)
Even though I live on the south side of town ! Dr.Cin and staff are well worth the drive for me! Customer Service is stellar!
