My review starts with the EMTs at 11:00 pm for Friday September 5th. Every EMT asked me to hold onto the rail coming out of the Ambulance! At approximately 4:25 am I went to get a CT Scan with contrast. I asked a nurse for a blanket. She asked why. Forgive me for being crass. I said because I hit my head on a camera. She repeated why several times. How many times do I need to ask in the ER? This is unacceptable!!! I will not be coming back!!!
I called this office to make an appointment for my elder grandmother, made the appointment, went in about 30 minutes prior, and just to be told the appointment was for the white oak office. I found it quite ridiculous that the appointment was for white oak when I had specifically called this office, the person I had talked to when making the appointment did not tell me the appointment was for the white oak location, I did not even know there was a white oak location as my grandmother is a new patient here. Run from this place. I’ve since downgraded my rating to negative stars. I imagine that at some point in the distant past, this practice managed to produce some curative long term outcomes for patients with complex arrhythmias. However today it is not the case. The physician who i saw for an extended time frame was not thorough and, I have since realized, was very limited in both investigative and treatment skills. Decent practice if you are facing straight forward non-complex cardiac challenges. Anything that is remotely complicated, e.g. wide complex Arrhythmia or anything that is tied to myocarditis or pericarditis and related pathologies, don’t waste your time, go somewhere else, e.g. Johns Hopkins’ cardiology… This practice is patient saturated and its practitioners aren’t well versed in complex cardiac issues, especially the ones tied to COVID… Oh and good luck getting ahold of anyone, or getting a call back… And whenever you get... read more
