Bad I was emergency with chest pain numb tongue from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm I haven see a doctor we talk one of the nurse we need to see some one she responded We ar change the shift we desaire to left the hospital since don’t se anyone only the did was test Xray blood work no doctor or nurse caming to see me only said that is your number 11 then only one fleblotomis came to take one blood to test again no one showing non planing to go back to shady grove hospital again
We were in office for med refil . The refil was not to send pharmacy. i called and left message. no respond.
I have been going here for almost 4 years. Everyone is absolutely fabulous. Everyone has always been wonderful to deal with. Always looking out for my best interests. Dr. Griffen is with out a doubt the best, and Dr. Rana I couldn’t ask for better. Seeing these two doctors you understand why the staff is so outstanding. I highly recommend them all.
As a now retired physician as Cardiac Patient, I am grateful to Dr. Griffen and the staff for their efficient and empathic care.
My visit with Dr Chen was excellent as usual. My issue is with the appointment procedures. I had appointment s cancelled twice and then could not get a rescheduled appointment for months. I had heart issues and had to go to ER on March 8, 2026. ER instructed me to schedule an appointment for that week. When I called for appointment with doctor Chen due to going to ER I was told they would schedule an appointment within 6-8 weeks.
