My father in law was discharged and and they forgot to remove his iv still connected, he is 80 years old and was to sick to notice, his granddaughter noticed it in the parking lot and had to take him back into the hospital.

I was a patient last night (4/25/19) and came in with Stage 2 Hypertension. I couldn't get in touch with my doctor (part of the AdventHealth system) so I checked the Internet and went to the hospital. I got there and there was only one person in the front waiting room and one person in the Pending Results waiting area. I thought I was in luck and would be seen quickly.
