this is the worst hispital i have ever peen to as a paitent and as a family member they do not care about there patients well being they r rude and disrespectful and irresponsible i would not reccomend going here even if u feel as though u r dying go the extra mile to rome if u can
Everyone in the ER were wonderful. From the admitting staff to triage, lab techs, nurses and doctors, each staff person I met treated me like I was their top priority.
I went to ER at 3:30pm for a toe that is swollen, painful, and needs medical attention ASAP. I walked out of the ER at 6:20 with not one person looking at my toe or seeing if I needed medical attention. I waited for 3 hours and wasn’t even seen by triage. When I walked out the nurse at the front desk gave me a dirty look and attitude when I said I was leaving. I walked out and now driving to another hospital. Terrible service. I will never go back to any Advent Health facility.
I want to thank Mrs Bonnie Williams in the ICU for treating my husband so special, he keeps talking about you!!! we need more Nurses like her.. if anyone knows her let her know she made a difference in our lives!!
