thia place is horrible the only good thing going is one if the maintenance guys named frank he is wonderful the front office staff is rude and inconsiderate i cant wait till we can move! this place never fixes what they say they will fix. ive been in my appt since march n the air has gone out numerous times! my electric bill has gone up thanks 2 them not fixing it i do not recommend this place to anyone!
The new company is horrible, they're more concerned about making sure that their show apartment is perfect rather than fixing their tenants apartments. I waited 3 weeks for my toliet to be repaired when it took them literally 5 minutes to do it. The new office staff is beyond rude and incompetent. They go around in circles when you request information and the maintenance come and go out of your apartment whenever they please without leaving a note!
