There's a reason I've lived here for over 2 years and plan to stay for at least one more lease there's 260 some apartments and if you see it's only a handful of people who complain... it's Sunday I came home from the movies my apartment was bloody hot the AC stopped working... Dean the maintenance guy came once I called the emergency number he did what he could to fix my AC unit stayed in the area for half hour to make sure it stayed on and was cool before he left... its a Sunday people and that's what he did!! Don't recommend anybody to live at this place if you want to get a referral bonus! They promise me $200 dollars for referring my friend, after 4 months waiting for the money they told me they wont pay me because i moved out of the complex, but they knew i was moving and i was told i was going to receive a check anyways. Other than than the place is regular but overprice, and when you move out they will find things to not give you back your deposit.

I'm waiting patiently for the fitness center to be built! I find the all my problems are quickly resolved! I love my townhouse and I believe that the grounds are almost perfect!
