RecommendedAs a very comfortable 3 year resident here, I am proud to call this my ""home". I feel safe any time of the day or night. There is quietness in the pretty, peaceful surroundings. Staff and maintenance are caring, trustworthy and friendly. The property is kept orderly and all issues are always addressed quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to rent, I would recommend this exceptionally convenient Venice location.
I’ve lived here over 2 years now and haven’t had any issues! Venice doesn’t offer many options when it comes to apartments let alone pet friendly ones!! Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been great, anytime I’ve needed maintenance they always show up quick or respond quick to schedule an appointment. I have recommended living in here in the past and know a few people who listened and moved in, I will continue to recommend Advenir at Monterrey! Happy Holidays!!
Adventure at Monterrey is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are very well kept, as well as beautiful. There is a trail to walk your fur babies. There also are new amenities. The buildings have recently been renovated. The office, as well as, the maintenance staff are amazing. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of them. I would and am recommending Advenir at Monterrey to any and everyone.
Sue in the front office is great. If you have a problem, she will make sure it gets fixed in a timely manner. Apt complex is always being upgraded. The price for apartments is competitive with other complexes around here. It's so nice here. I hope I never have to leave.
