1 star is being generous. Not happy at all with this place. Very overpriced and rude staff.
Tanya is the only person that works in the office with the slightest bit of professionalism and customer service. There is a new girl I don't have experience with, but the rest of the staff is trashy, unprofessional, and couldn't spell customer service on an open book test. They are deplorable, and rude, and blatantly care nothing about the actual tenants that live in this community and thus make up their paychecks. It's pretty nice here, the wifi isn't great but the neighbors are friendly and the staff are quite reasonable, not sure why so many are giving negative reviews, I've really no complaints about this complex
Very nice property. All staff is very friendly. I never had any problems. Catering to families with playgrounds for children to play, basketball court inside leasing office, weight room, movie theater and a swimming pool that stays clean. The pricing for the apartments is also reasonable for what you get. I would recommend this property to a friend.
