Haven't even moved in yet and can not believe how unprofessional and unorganized it is . Supposed to move in tomorrow . Have not recieved any info on what I'm supposed to do . I have called . Left messages . Never recieved a phone call back . Actually drove over to apartment on Sat . Asked them what the move in steps are. They said " I will receive a welcome home email " . And basically answered none of my questions. A day before . Still no email . I really wish I had never paid the money to get into this place
Complex started charging for parking for all residents on 8/23/18, $8 per car and you can only register 2 cars. Visitors have to pay $10 to park for 24 hrs! This has caused renters to park on the street and block side streets and driveways to private homes along the apartment complex, along 11th. Cars and trucks forced along the residential streets is causing accidents and dangerous driving conditions for the family neighborhood surrounding the complex. Poor business decision! Flooded apartment multiple times resulting in never ending roach treatments... now I get to spend plenty of sunday/Monday’s preparing for it and being there with my dogs since they can’t be left during that sort of thing. nothing I love better than coming home from a vacation to a torn up bedroom and my soaking wet rugs piled on top of each other in the bathroom. DO NOT RENT HERE! WE HAVE BEDBUGS AND THE STAFF REFUSE TO GET THEM EXTERMINATED! The office assured us multiple times on two different weeks that the exterminator was coming but they never showed up! They came here once and we followed all the directions and they sprayed and it did NOTHING! Three weeks later we STILL HAVE BEDBUGS and the exterminator didn't show up TWICE! The office told us today that they only hired the exterminator for one day and they didn't have time to reach our apartment!
This place is a joke of a company, the people in the higher positions don't care to make sure the on site staff is properly trained and they do not care for they property and residents. It is truly unfortunate. The staff dose the best they can but again the corporate entity's ensure to make their job as difficult as possible. Their only concern is making their profits no regard for the lower staff or tenants. I will stingily recommend everyone not to rent from this property or any property owned by adviner.
