I would never recommend living here to anybody! From drug dealers to people who like to have drug parties loud music homeless people living in the laundry rooms you have to pay for parking even in the regular Lots but the management company does not secure the premises so we have a continual problem with no parking in the lot yet we have to pay for it the utility bill is incredibly high and unfair and this is something they don't tell you about when you're renting an apartment we have cockroaches and bed bugs. last winter we... read more
Terrible. Just terrible. Final straw is the raw sewage backup in the laundry rooms. Twice. This time it's been a few days, and it's pooling outside the front door of a few apartments. I'm sure y'all make bank off the fees for people to break their leases trying to get the heck out of here, once they learn what they got into. Save yourselves the trouble: DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
Absolutely the most horrible place to rent from in all of Colorado. They have exorbitant late fees they charge you for utilities and call that the rent and they will not take cashier's checks only certain types of payments absolutely ridiculous I have also had been stolen from me such as a bike that was stolen by their employees and other equipment stolen from the property this is a trash dump with a staff of natzis make sure NEVER rent from ANY advenir property!!!!
This place is falling apart. We’ve had an infestation of cockroaches since day one, the pipes and drains consistently back up and overflow, the staff is very rude and unhelpful (seems like they only care about attracting new residents instead of helping current ones) not to mention there are hidden fees everywhere. Just to top it off, a pipe burst in the laundry room causing flooding in the master bed room for the THIRD time in our lease. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent from here, please.
