Since new ownership took over less like a community and more run like a business- which it is- just lot the personal touch. Spending a lot of $$$ on plants which look nice now- but am sure like most others will not stay that way. Will spend a lot of $$$ on water. Rent skyrocketed. Updates are expensive and look nice- but drove ALOT of people out.
The Charlestonian is very nice. My son lives there & his apartment had been totally remodeled just before he moved in (new paint, new carpet/flooring, new appliances, & new counter tops). Very nice!
Love this place!
