I’ve been living at the Advenir of Lake Charles for 3 years and have only had great experiences! It definitely is a quiet and delightful community to live in! Would recommend to anybody that is looking for an apartment in Lake Charles!!!
This is an excellent apartment complex on all fronts. The service you get at the office is top notch as is the maintenance services. I had only one issue the water pressure to the shower but their Regional Maintenance Manager came down and addressed it with the apartment maintenance man and parts have been ordered to repair it. I would highly recommend Advenir at Lake Charles.
We love our new place, so many friendly neighbors,staff,maintance. We couldn't be happier.
