After paying an application fee and being shown a house, I was never notified of being approved or disapproved. I contacted them 3 weeks later and, ask about the decision or a refund. I was ignored and informed that I would not receive my application fee back despite the fact that I never received a judgement of approved of disapproved. I then show that we spoke on 3/11/20 giving you the denial. I have written proof because you then asked for your money back which at that time we mentioned it was nonrefundable per the application disclaimer. They are horrible management... never stick to there word. I had a mold problem an they told me to keep wipping it with bleach... promised to put up a 6ft privacy fence but insted i had a 3 ft chane link ... i will never rent from them again

I pulled our records on the facts of whats occurred and below is what I show and would be glad to have written confirmation from both vendors to validate what we show as far as tenant not being reachable. Fencing:Tenant requested fencing, we ran it by owner. Installed it. It wasn't until afterwards that it was mentioned he had an issue with the height of the fence. If I could give 0 stars I would . This company lives to rip people off and thinks they are above the law . I applied for a home and qualifications were 2 check stubs, credit, background , and no evictions . I met that criteria I made way more than 3x the rent. When I got a call to tell me we weren't qualified due to the fact my husband was not on his job for 2+ years I was infuriated.
