She was very responsive throughout the approval process and made what seemed like a lengthy process to a pleasant experience when all was said and done. Im not sure about the other employees, but ******* was absolutely incredible to work with. She was our representative for our year that we rented. She always responded very quickly, would go out of her way to help us, and treated us so kindly. We never directly interacted with anyone else in the company or with our landlord, so she truly made the rental experience the best rental experience we have ever had.

Its one of the best companies to rent from. I moved to the ******* area in July of 2020. When I moved into my original house, the things that were supposed to have done such as carpet cleaning, cleaning of the house, and yard work, were not done. I had to come out of my own pocket to get the carpets cleaned. I let the company know how i was disappointed and how the house was not move in ready and how I would have to tell the movers that they had to be delayed by a day or so. ******************, came out that day to see how s... read more
This company is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized rental company ever. I honestly feel like we have been scammed out of $135 (3 application fees). Communication is through text! Yep! Text message, no one answered the phone! Jed in their verifications department wanted to receive my payment ledgers through text. Despite my request for calls, it never happened! The only person who was halfway decent was Melissa but I believe that is because she was left out of the loop. She would tell us everything was good.. meanwhi... read more

In my opinion, this is one of the best companies that I have rented from. They're always responsive and very timely about getting repairs done. I've been with them for 3 years, and have never had a problem. I tell anyone that is looking for a home, to come to Advantage. I look forward to renting with them again in the future.
