Advantage Property Management has been good to me and my family.I thank God for them, this company is patient and willing to go the extra mile to help you. They had worked with me on finding me a new home for my family, they worked with me due to a balance that I had with them. They didn't deny or push me to the side. Im not sure about the other employees, but ******* was absolutely incredible to work with. She was our representative for our year that we rented. She always responded very quickly, would go out of her way to help us, and treated us so kindly. We never directly interacted with anyone else in the company or with our landlord, so she truly made the rental experience the best rental experience we have ever had.

Its one of the best companies to rent from. I moved to the ******* area in July of 2020. When I moved into my original house, the things that were supposed to have done such as carpet cleaning, cleaning of the house, and yard work, were not done. I had to come out of my own pocket to get the carpets cleaned. I let the company know how i was disappointed and how the house was not move in ready and how I would have to tell the movers that they had to be delayed by a day or so. ******************, came out that day to see how s... read more

This company is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized rental company ever. I honestly feel like we have been scammed out of $135 (3 application fees). Communication is through text! Yep! Text message, no one answered the phone! Jed in their verifications department wanted to receive my payment ledgers through text. Despite my request for calls, it never happened! The only person who was halfway decent was Melissa but I believe that is because she was left out of the loop. She would tell us everything was good.. meanwhi... read more

In my opinion, this is one of the best companies that I have rented from. They're always responsive and very timely about getting repairs done. I've been with them for 3 years, and have never had a problem. I tell anyone that is looking for a home, to come to Advantage. I look forward to renting with them again in the future.

After paying an application fee and being shown a house, I was never notified of being approved or disapproved. I contacted them 3 weeks later and, ask about the decision or a refund. I was ignored and informed that I would not receive my application fee back despite the fact that I never received a judgement of approved of disapproved. They are horrible management... never stick to there word. I had a mold problem an they told me to keep wipping it with bleach... promised to put up a 6ft privacy fence but insted i had a 3 ft chane link ... i will never rent from them again
