Advantage has been managing most of our rental properties for the last 5 years. I will honestly say this rental company is in my top three in the city of *******. The initial process was straight forward and simple. Their property maintenance team is amazing and prompt. I truly have no complaints. My kids and I are greatly appreciative of them. I want to give a special thanks to ******* for her knowledge and motivation in getting me a rental property.
