As a first time client of Advantage Pro Services, I couldn’t be more pleased! I needed roof and gutter cleaning as well as pressure washing of my driveway and sidewalk. I first spoke with Kelsie, the office liaison and she was very thorough and quickly sent me an email with an estimate/quote for the services I needed. Terrible service. If you want your gutters cleaned before leaves fall off of your trees, this is the company for you. They come when they want to, not when you want them to. Nothing but excuses.
Met expectations, except for that they were somewhat careless with my vehicle while washing windows. They let all the dirty water shower my car and I had to take it to the car wash right after. They could have at least warn me about it and let me move the car out of the way.
