If you charge to do a service charge , then do that srvice on top of any repairs, If a customer calls and tells you what's wrong with the unit, you come and say , yeah you right, this is what it will cost to fix it, cool, but the service charge for coming out today is ______, well service the unit then, don't just fix what's wrong and charge me for both !

This customer didn't understand that change we charge for trip change for truck and man to come out .. They were told this before we come out to his home . He came when he said he would explained everything clearly and was very friendly and professional. He owns his business and customer service is very important to him. He Worked with the insurance company. We would definitely hire him again.
Randy came to our home within an hour of our request and was able to fix our problem. We live in an old home and it took him longer to complete the job than he thought it would, but he did not increase the price that he quoted us. He also gave us advice about a dangerous situation we had from previous plumbing work we had done by another professional. He was friendly and conscientious.
Randy came out on a Friday night to replace our hot water heater. He did a great job and gave us a fair price. I would use him again and recommend him for anyone needing plumbing work done.
