Randy determined the maker of the plumbing piece requiring repair and located info on the plumber who originally installed the plumbing. He advised me to contact the installer to obtain the model number of the piece, and advised me that the piece needed carried a lifetime warranty. That made dealing with the manufacturer easy for me.
I fancy myself a knowledgeable person when it comes to mechanical repairs. I often do my own work when I know how and have time. I was uncertain how to proceed, so I scheduled an appointment. Repaired my faucet. Very knowledgeable and educated me on things that could save me money in the long run. He also checked areas for leaks in the area. Definitely would recommend and use again.
