Surprised this place is still open. Katherine McCaw is the a absolute snake. I was looking at some old photos and saw a picture of a notice to tenant from when we rented from her years ago. She will do whatever she can to take your deposit for bogus damage. I noticed the same reviews and figured I comment on it to protect other potential renter’s. RENTER’S BEWARE!!! I Wish there was an option for no stars.
Katherine McCaw is crazy. She is one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. In fact, I am filing ethic and discrimination complaints about her.
They don’t represent you as the customer they will leave you on your own after the renter damages your home. They expect you to pay for everything so look for a better Realtor that has your interest in mind instead of their profits. Good Luck
Rented a condo and it was a rough move in as it was dirty, some maintenance issues and pest control issues. I was inconvenienced and disappointed but they did respond to my needs and did what they could to make things right for me and I appreciate that!
