Have been renting from these guys for a few years and cannot stand them. I live in a planned community that has an HOA that is always sending out notices. Every notice you get Advantage Arizona charges you $10 for. Even when they are just a courtesy notice. Its not much money but it is frustrating. So if I was looking to rent again I would not rent from Advantage AZ or anyone else that charges a fee for a notice from the HOA.

The notices received from an HOA cost the company money to handle. If tenants adhere to the HOA and lease agreement, no fee is charged by either.

Unfortunately, there is an occasional tenant who does not want to fulfill the lease commitment, They become disgruntled when a company fulfills their commitment by enforcing the terms of the lease.
