****RENTERS BEWARE******** Property Manager Andrea is a racist. She likes to verbally attack and make assumptions about people without knowing the reality of someones legal status before she speaks. Shes a non professional and should not work as a property manager if she dose not know how to respectfully talk with potential clients. Avoid working with this KAREN at this company and save yourself the trouble and look for a better option as this is not the one.
Stay clear of this property management. They find ways not to refund deposits, they have been deceitful and hide behind the shield of their lawyers. Instead of handling their own business one on one, I could have recovered my deposit, I'm not done with my case yet. if you want to be ripped off lease from them. If not stay away.

We are in the process of suing this company for discrimination against disabled people this company is the worst kind of people you can find
New to AZ Renting from this company now. I hate it, my property was not completed upon my move in. The AC was broke, and I was told to pay for it and they will deduct it out of my rent for the next month. This issue caused extra fees on my utility bill. They refuse to take responsibility because I was forced to move in on the first. I could say more but please take your money and family else where than to a mom and pop reality. They suck!
