Advanced Wellness is a neighborhood gem. Leo and Robbi truly care about each member and have created an amazing community. The workouts are varied and trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. I just wish I could go more often!

Leo who is the owner of Advanced Wellness and lucky enough for me my brother-in-law helped and guided me when I started experiencing lower back problems. After I informed Leo of my condition he gave me an assessment and took the time to figure out what the root of the problem was. He then proceeded to write a routine out for me and gave me exercises that strengthened the area. Thanks to Leo he helped to alliviate the soreness and discomfort I had and brought me to a new level of awareness and strength.

I've known Leo (the owner of Advanced Wellness) for several years now. You can say I've done it all and seen it all when it comes to the fitness world- from working with personal trainers to taking a variety of classes including crossfit, variety of yoga classes, bootcamps,etc. I've even taught cycling for 11 years.
