Great program, Great folks. Love the personalized attention of the small group training sessions and the customized workouts for each individual. Routine and workout change weekly which is nice since I get bored easily! A gym with a nice family feeling which is hard to replicate. Extra bonus is the accountability from the trainers and other gym members. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried out many different gyms over the years, but Advanced Wellness has exactly the regimen, and the atmosphere, that I want. Being there is more like hanging out with friends than going to a boot-camp, which is what so many places are like these days. Not that it’s easy: the workout is tough, but it’s tailored to your specific level and needs, and instructors pay close personal attention to each person. I feel like I’ve finally found my exercise home.
