They need to be honest about pricing and insurance up front
I had to order 3 different pair of glasses. The first pair was too heavy on my face and the second pair I could see better but too heavy still. Third pair I could not see and each time I had asked for my money back and they kept telling me no. I returned all 3 pairs and they would NOT GIVE ME MY $550.00. I will be putting them on RIP OFF. COM
