Have been coming here for many years and Dr.Handler is 5 stars, highly recommend! It's the office getting 1 star. Received a surprise bill (over $400) after the woman at triage desk ignored me clearly telling her to remove old coverage, plus had done my own on-line check in with correct information. When called office to speak to someone (see other reviews about difficulty to actually get a call through to a real human) a male receptionist told me there was nothing to discuss and was absolutely mocking me, transferred me to ... read more

Dr McLenan and his staff were spot on as usual. I completely trust them with my life!
From the front desk to the medical staff they make your experience a very pleasant one. What can I say about Dr. Faiella he is very caring, thorough doctor who takes his time with you and explains everything so you know what is going on.
Patient, listens and is extremely knowledgeable.
Excellent service
The new offices are not as pleasant as the old space. The staff was terrific. It was busy and I had to wait about 20 min (after my appt time) to be seen. Then there was another wait of about 10 minutes once I was in the exam room. The staff was polite and efficient. The doctor, as always, was pleasant and efficient.
I moved through the process pretty quickly and Dr Faiella spent time with me explaining everything. He is great.
