He preformed several surgical procedures, he explained everything with curiosity and respect and was very polite
I have been calling the office several times and never spoke to a staff member because the voicemail is always full so you cannot leave a message even if you wanted to. I handed a form that needed completion last month and no one has reached out to me. This has been very frustrating and it feels like no one cares.
