I've maybe left 1 negative review about anyone in my life, but Dr. Barnswell is very deserving of this. I spent over 2 hours waiting to be seen. After promising my results would come through in a week, he did not contact me unti 3 weeks later, when he hung up on me after I said he wasn't giving me enough info. My PCP to get the results so I didn't have to deal with him, and they wouldn't release the files for over a week. Much more happened, but no space to write it. Worst experience I've had.
His patience and personal touch. Shows genuine empathy, calm almost family like with patients. Absolutely the best listener I have ever met in the field of medicine....and as a hypochondriac, I have met a few. I was so impressed with his bedside manner I have since recommended him as the Go To' Urologist for NYC DOE Staff, if and when the need ever arise.
