Writing prescriptions for the wrong medication and making the patient wait 24+ hours for a fax to the pharmacy for the correct medication is just unacceptable. Just because they are busy the next day. It's a medication error. Fix it as soon as possible. Happened on two occasions. It shows that they are not reviewing the patient profiles before writing out a prescription.
