The staff was polite but when they looked over my sons X-ray they missed 2 of his 3 fractures and only put him in a brace for a sprain! Luckily I got him to the Orthopedic Dr the next morning.
We were treated with respect, kindness and understanding. Very friendly and caring staff. We were in and out too.
In and out in under 30 minutes - very thorough and kind...
They treated me within a half hour I was in and out of there and 45 minutes total. I went in at 8 p.m.
I have always had a very good experience here. The staff are professional and have always taken care of my urgent illnesses. I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care !!!
They are the BEST! They ALWAYS take such great care of me and my family! Today I saw David, the PA, and he was so kind, attentive, and efficient! We've been going here for many years and have never had any problems with the service! Thank y'all so much!
