At first glance everything seemed alright, until David prescribed me a medicine I'm allergic too!! I guess writing my allergies on the check in paper, telling the nurse, and reminding him wasn't good enough. Luckily the pharmacist caught it when I went to pick up my prescription. I've tried calling them back multiple times and have left messages with no response. So I still have my sore throat, but luckily not a trip to the hospital. Do not waste your time here.
aside from the receptionist our visit was great awesome nurse clean facility and nice dr.
I saw the doc for maybe 3 minutes but I was distracted by the roach on the floor.
Dr. Rodriguez was very polite and quick. I only went in because I have a cold so I just needed a Z Pack script. I will say the wait was longer than expected, but I've waited longer for sure. Overall, good experience.
Where do I start. My appointment was at 4:30 didn't get called back until 630. The lady in the front wasn't that friendly. I get back there the doctor sees me for 5 seconds talks about something I wasn't even there for and walks out. Gives me 6 prescriptions for Idk what. NEVER AGAIN, A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
You guys should be out of business within the next 30 days based on my experience today. Compassion is an essential component of good nursing care, which you clowns � don't have!! I was appalled today of the shitty customer service your staff provided.
The doctor....well let's just say not so much on the bed side manners and it felt more like a drive by shooting instead of quality care. I really used to love this place. They took great care of my daughter when she was quick. Now it seems to quite different. Let's get back to the primary purpose of caring for others shall we
