Awesome team. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rustad. He explained everything prior to doing a procedure, asked if I had any questions or concerns. Before he started. I was very happy with the services. And also Tyler who was working with him, great team work!!!
Would like to give a shout out to Jenny Ruhland, PA-C for actually treating me like a person! I've been to a few dermatologist before her, but none have treated me like she did! She was very knowledgeable at my consultation! She looked up close at all my problem areas (no dermatologist had done that with me before), and she recommended treatment, gave her opinions, and wasn't pushy at all! I can't wait to see her again! I would also like to thank Maranda, her medical assistant, for laughing with me and being so laid back!
Like many of us I have HSA insurance. During my visit I asked if my precription was expensive or if generic was avail. The assistant felt it would be cost sensitive. Well when I arrived to pick up 4oz of Metronidazole it was $195.00 / wash was another $85.00. So I called twice for a nurse to call me back to discuss possible options. I DID NOT receive a call back so i purchased the gold infused lotion.
