Patient here for several years. Extremely frustrated following recent office visit and multiple phone calls to office staff (nurse triage and prior authorization). Made several attempts to get information regarding treatment questions and issues related to insurance coverage on a prescription. Phone messages left for staff have gone unreturned. Thanks again to the kind and knowledgeable staff at ADC. I leave feeling that I have been heard and well cared for. My husband and my sons have also seen Dr. Rustad and staff, and I have also recommended ADC to my friends.
For several months keep calling for a RX renewal...even the pharmacy has called! No reply! Each call you promise to to talk to the doctor and call back. Still waiting!! Called again last week; more promises. What's wrong with the office staff? Terrible treatment of patients!
As a 1-time PT, I see and hear how badly some of the employees are treated
I enjoy coming here. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff, including Dr. O.J. Oustad and Penny, are great.

I noticed an odd mole on my back and went to Google for reviews on dermatologists. Advanced Dermatology Care stood out to me and I made an appointment. Long story short, I've been there 3 times and the last was for surgery. Every staff member I've encountered have been fabulous!!! Everyone has been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Very nice clean rooms, people that worked there were great to me. My reports , yes were Cancer. Had 2 surgeries in office. My PA was Shelly. Won't see anyone else. Good luck to all that go there. NICE.
