I originally had Irina in the milford office; then they moved 3 months later. She was the only person I've ever spoken to that could blatantly ignore you while pretending to take note. Ugh. Bad experience, I never should have let it continue. Then she left and I was assigned to Alyssa. Oh boy. I walked in with a knee bra e in, limping and using a cane. I strongly do not recommend Exta for medication . The clerks here are 10/10
Absolutely horrible. Terminated my care when I called them negligent for letting my refill go weeks on end without being filled several times. They responded by terminating my care, and cut my dose in half in retaliation. At least, I think they did. I literally COULD NOT GET AN ANSWER from them about what they did to my dose at the same time they terminated my care. They sent me a letter saying they would give a 30 day supply of meds.. They did not. They sent a 15 day supply. They said they would provide treatment while I go... read more
The way they run their business is reprehensible. Dr. Lovett is 20+ minutes late for every appointment I have ever had with her, including completely forgetting appointments MULTIPLE times and calling me hours after the appointment. I have been charged $50 for missed appointments that SHE missed, and had to make multiple phone calls and emails to the practice manager to have it undone. Saw NP Alyssa Ferland for the first time, was seeking a new psychiatric provider for the first time in years. As someone who works in healthcare, I'm appalled at the way I was treated by both Alyssa and reception. My visit lasted maybe 10 minutes in total, and began when Alyssa admitted she has no idea how to use her computer. She was using a paperback medical book for guidance.
