I have been going to this office for years with all three of my girls and at my last appointment with my youngest daughter she had a sealant and it was literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I walked in and the dental hygienist did not acknowledge myself or my daughter, she started laying her back in her seat and doing things in her mouth without even telling her or me what she was doing and never once did she ask if my daughter was OK.
