From the first day I walked into this office after being referred to Dr. Dinger from Dr. McLeod, I was extremely pleased. I was greeted by the most pleasant and patient front desk staff. Then I got to meet with Dr. Dinger who was very informative, also patient and made me feel like my pain was important and he made me feel comfortable, first meeting. I love this office, I do dislike why I have to come, but when you are in pain one thing that helps is to be a patient in an office of kind, patient and understanding staff.
I truly love Dr. Dinger and his entire team! They are always so helpful and kind. Doctor Dinger is so knowledgeable and has a fantastic way of educating and then managing pain symptoms. They truly help ease the pain that i experience. Thanks for all you do!!
Over. It. Why do I need TWO appointments every time I am in need of injections for O.N.??? Sure let's drag it out for two more weeks....They have my diagnosis. The shots work. I'm avoiding ALL medications by getting the injections. I will rip my scalp off before I go back to these gatekeepers.
Very friendly and caring practice. I received the best care with Dr Dinger and his staff during last 2 years journey. Exceptional kindness and reassurance this past visit, i would definitely recommend.
I have been trying so many times to call Dr . Dingers office to schedule an EMG and their staff never answer the phones. You can’t get through no matter what time you call. So if a patient has to have this test done before they can follow up with their referring provider, it puts that patient’s treatment at a complete standstill. I don’t know what kind of Dr.’s office operates like this, but unprofessional is an understatement.
