This place is not about helping you manage your pain at all. They are only interested in what they can get from the insurance company. Extra x rays and etc. Even though they already done the same tests. They were nkt even able to interpret the information from the mankato clinic correctly and they are supposed to be tied together!! Do not waste your time going here if you are really in pain you seek any other alternative first!!
I went to the Appleton location and saw Dr Sohn. Two visits that totaled no more than 10 minutes and 1 urine test. Not only did he not follow the drug contract that they made me sign, he started diagnosing and assuming after 2 minutes of meeting me. He wanted to do an MRI on my lower back and I ended up calling and asking if that was the best idea and for asking questions, I was dropped. So here I sit with a $6000 bill for not even 10 minutes of this person time.

I have had wonderful experiences with both of my doctors and past doctor who left. They’re kind and compassionate and over the years you see so many of the same nurses and you build a trust with them. Dr. Aasen and Dr. Suby and all the staff, absolutely the best people to be a patient too. Some nurses are so good, I don’t faint by a needle anymore.😁 The staff upfront, schedulers, they rock too! 😎 I recommend Advance Pain Management.
Dr Keehn and the staff in Madison and Fort Atkinson are the best. I have a complicated disease that proves time and time again how difficult it is to treat. Every staff member I have encountered has treated me as a patient should be treated. I would recommend APM and have done so many times.
I feel for anyone that has gone to Advanced Pain Management in Wausau or Stevens Point. I was never treated so poorly by any doctor's office in my entire life. If you are truly in pain and need real help don't go here. There are compassionate pain management doctors out there although hard to find. APM is only in business for the money, that's all they care about. They're cold, uncaring and cruel. PLEASE do your research and read all reviews before choosing a pain management doctor.
