I find the staff and doctors are very compassionate and caring. They’ve gone the extra mile with me to help get my life back. We’re still working on it, and I know they will make good recommendations and find effective treatments. They’ve referred me to other physicians when needed and taken my situation one step at a time.
Well, the 91st and Capitol clinic is the best. Dr Sharma and his staff are friendly, caring, and fun. Jasvir asks about my daughter in college! Sure, sometimes they get busy. But, they always have time to listen and explain things. The clinic is all in one with visits, 2 OR’s, and physical therapy. Now, if they would just buy a wide bore MRI ...
Dr. Scarlett is awesome & has great "bedside" manners!
APM is only worried about being paid, they could care less about your pain, please do not see a Megan Schaefer she is the worst of all...be warned of her...
Be more caring and understanding
No continuity of care. Multiple new providers within a year that take months to have coverage with your insurance leaving people with no access to procedures. Rude and unhappy staff. Go with anyone else, UW Madison or Aurora.
kind, caring, and make you feel comfortable. They take the time to talk to you.
