Poor customer service, never answer their phones, prescribed a medication to me with terrible side effects without telling me before had (they said that’s the pharmacy’s job) and you also withdrawal from it. It’s was for nerve pain. You have to leave voicemails and hopefully someone will return your call in 24-48 hours. They are so unorganized. RecommendedI have been a patient of APM since 2012 after a 20ft fall. I really like how they try to TREAT the pain instead of MASKING it with pills. My dad had an accident a year ago and is currently an APM patient. They have been great during this strange COVID time. They allow me to come to appointments with him without argument and are always reassuring that they will take good care of him. Today after my 2nd injection I will never return to APM. I have zero respect for Dr. Orji or his staff at the Sauk Prairie clinic. They are not understanding in any way and completely rude.
I love the way Dr. Scarlett and his team take a real interest in my chronic pain. I never feel alone in my battle. Jane Kuntz is an angel. she always finds a way of improving the management of my pain. all I can say is no one should go it alone when the caring people at APM are there to help.

They are very knowledgeable in treating Chronic Pain issues and other pain-related disorders. Been going to them over 10 years. They have truly helped me manage my pain.
I have been Dr. Dino's patient for yrs now! He his very kind professional and listens to my concerns and my over all health issues! And his staff from the OR to the Ladies that greet me always with a smile and everyone in between are AMAZING! You go there in pain and its great knowing they CARE chronic pain is BAD and they understand this! THANK YOU ALL
