I would not recommend this place at all. I went in for a consultation describe my pain in the center of my back waited for insurance authorization came back for another visit to get an injection and the doctor goes. Which hip is it in? I’m like neither it’s my back and he said well I only got authorization to do your hip. I go. It didn’t do have anything to do with my hip. So since he didn’t have authorization to do my back, he just went ahead and did my hip for no reason just to get the money I guess. Terrible customer serv... read more
A month ago I had an ablation on my left side.Previously we had been mainly working on my right. It was good relief with little discomfort. I would highly recommend having an Ablation to give you more comfort. I also had a very successful medial branch transection. Drs. Kudia and Faraqui operate the third pain clinic I’ve been to and I am finally getting results.
Everyone there is wonderful they sit and listen to what's going on with you they don't try to get you out quickly I recommend going to them they are going to help you I am saying this for both doctors Dr. Kudia and Dr. Faruqi they are the greatest

Had steroid injection in my left elbow as I was in pain continuously never stopped couldnt lift couldn't bend 1 day after Dr Faruqi gave me the injection my elbow was like new and it's been over 3 months and still no pain perfect range of motion if your in pain in any joint see Dr Fariqi and you will be so thankful
