Their Indian billing office is perhaps the worst. Had me call three separate places and wasted 1 hour of my time to see if they accepted my insurance. Their Indian contractors claim to be well trained but its far from the truth. Any billing specialist can tell whether a practice/doctor takes an insurance. The scheduling person was able to answer that without hesitation.

The PT here are all far more professional than any of the others I have been to--very respectful and patient (and I am painfully good at reading people). I really appreciate the professionalism and the patience they exude for their patients, and the knowledge they seem to have.
I would not recommend The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics due to their extremely poor billing practices. I paid my bill in full when I received the notice of it being due and have a receipt as proof. Despite this, they continue to send me bills for the same balance. I’ve contacted their billing department multiple times and provided documentation, yet the issue has never been corrected on their end. They can't get reimbursed by medicaid which they said they accept, so they keep sending me spam mail. They started sending this mail a week after the appointment. Getting billed over $350 for a 15 min appt with no procedure done.. In fact I'm recovering fine without any procedure. Very dishonest business.
