This place is a scam!!! 2.5 years ago on January 2024, I went to their PT location for 4 sessions. Initially they told me that based on my insurance it would be $50 per session. 5 months later, June 2024 I received a bill for $ 599.00 without a statement. This place is a scam!!! When I first went there on April 2024, they told me that based on my insurance my payment to them would be $ 50 for each physical therapy session. I went there only 3 times because it was very bad, there was no actual PT doctor involvement, and the place was practically ran by teenagers they called them PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant). Their 45 minute session is made out three segments, 15 minutes evaluation and working with PTA (not PT), 15 minutes of self exercise, and 15 minutes of stationary bi... read more
Their Indian billing office is perhaps the worst. Had me call three separate places and wasted 1 hour of my time to see if they accepted my insurance. Their Indian contractors claim to be well trained but its far from the truth. Any billing specialist can tell whether a practice/doctor takes an insurance. The scheduling person was able to answer that without hesitation.

The PT here are all far more professional than any of the others I have been to--very respectful and patient (and I am painfully good at reading people). I really appreciate the professionalism and the patience they exude for their patients, and the knowledge they seem to have.
