My therapist was responsive and professional but medicare was billed $562 dollars for a fabricated wrist brace that medicare and my secondary insurance denied. I was not informed of the overpriced device. In my opinion the brace should not have cost more than $20. I'm not sure why this company bills medicare at such a high rate for such a simple device. Be sure to ask what hidden costs this company bills for.
My daughter was treated with the upmost level of professionalism from the front desk, doctors, and even billing department. We had a surgical boot that didn’t fit properly that we knew insurance likely wouldn’t cover, the office accepted the return and our money was refunded. As many others have written the billing department is impossible--fhe bills make no sense--they can't explain them and get defensive and rude when you ask for an actual itemized bill for amounts they post on the "portal"....I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent billing department and so sadly I can no longer see doctors or physcial therapists at this practice even though i have been satisfied with them.
