This place is awful, they damaged my vehicle’s door lock and refused to fixed it, claiming they were trying to save us money. No once did they tell us, that by trying to remove a broken key from the lock, there was a chance from sinking in the lock hole into the door. He said to bring it back if it gives us any problems? We said no, to please leave our car as he found it. They’re refusing to fix my lock wanting to charge us $100 to fix it by removing the door. We said fine, let’s get it taken cared off. So lets be honest here. Your lock was broken already and was completely non functional. Your boyfriend brought the car over to my shop to see if we could extract the broken key from the lock. I tried to remove the key without having to pull the door panel to remove the lock hoping to save them $ in labor. The retaining pin to hold the lock in the door fell in the door while I was trying to do this. Fast and reliable and most important a good dude. Got in my sprinter van in a mere few minutes vs almost 30 mins last time i had a locksmith get me in. Time to install a hidden lockbox. Thanks Kirk!
They told me that it would be $60 to check to see if the chip in my remoted worked (which of course it did not) but then that cost would be forwarded to the cost of a new key. After they checked they totaled the bill to $160.00 when asked about the $60.00, they looked at me and said, "We never said that". Bold face liars!
