Kirk was referred by several people and it was a matter of seconds he was heading our way at 9pm on a Sunday. He had the door open and a extra key made. Really good and over the top service and for anyone who is in the need of a locksmith they need to call Kirk at advance lock and key.

I hope the owner is better at providing customer service and is competent enough to make a key because his employee needs more training. On the other hand, since he would not help his employee when he called and I watched multiple customers coming and leaving without assistance, I have to assume he too, is not. Unless you want to waste hours of your day and become frustrated, I would not recommend this company. Made the mistake of leaving my keys in my car, the technician was here literally within 20 minutes, super nice and helpful and if the need to go through them should arise, I'm definitely giving them another call. 5/5

so the deadbolt on the camper I live in broke and locked me out with my keys... called advance lock and key and told hit what was going on. he told me that campers with a broken dead bolt are hard to open without damaging anything. He was honest that he was willing to try but might not be successful..
