We bought a used Pella door without a key. Because we were building a small cabin in the woods and the builders needed the door the next day Advanced Lock and Key came out immediately to rekey it. Unaware that Pella doors do not function/lock the same way that standard doors do, we called them back explaining that the rekey didn't work. Mark returned and was very professional. He showed us exactly how to engage the lock (which was a very different process than what we were used to). Thank you!

Im in the service industry myself, and my experience today was hands down the best Ive had in years.Marc deserves a raise! Or at least a free lunch or dinner,=. He went way above and beyond to help me with a potential dangerous situation. The first guy I spoke with said I would have to leave the car but Marc stepped in after hearing my story and got the job done, and did it quick!
