Advanced Lock & Key was highly recommended by some neighbors. They were very flexible, able to come out according to my schedule, and replaced a broken doorknob. There's no way I'd be able to get that stuck latch to budge, but they had "the tools and the talent" (to steal a quote from "Ghostbusters :-) ) and popped that thing out in a jiffy. Very affordable, professional, and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
